This unique oil-free pickle has really no oil at all. Homemade with green chili, ginger, asafoetida, carom seeds and other useful herbs in fresh and pure lemon juice. There is no added chemical or additive to artificially enhance color, taste or texture of the pickle. The chili, ginger, lemon and some of the herbs used are grown in remote hilly terrains of Uttarakhand where the farmers with small land holdings never use any kind of chemical fertilizers. So these ingredients are almost organic in nature.
